I have not been able to find a Mexican restaurant that can make spinach enchiladas like Casa Rositas.. They are delicious!!! Salsa is good too..You get two kinds, chunky and spicy . Wine margaritas are really tasty too… made with a strong wine! Good service always.

My best friend & I have been coming here for 25 years & always get the same thing! BF gets the cheese enchilada with red sauce, I get the spinach enchilada with the green sauce(you have to ask for that, but it’s much better & lighter than the sauce on the menu.) Love the little salad on the side.both salsas & chips are always great. Wine margaritas are refreshing & we have always had fast & friendly service.

Best spinach enchiladas on the planet! Highly recommend! Grew up going to this place, I dream about it, one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area!We just treated ourselves to “date night in” and called Rosita’s for two spinach enchilada/chile relleno combination dinners. Outstanding! They are open for take-out, and our dinners were ready in less than ten minutes. We were regulars in the “The Before Time” and want to help them stay open! Certainly a restaurant over a taqueria, the food here is a grade above the relatively low standards set for Mexican food in the area. As someone who eats Mexican food almost once a day I consider myself a connoisseur of Mexican food, and I did not walk away disappointed. The food here is delicious and served in generous portions. Even the chips and salsa seemed to taste better than usual. The real standout was my cheese enchilada, and my spinach enchilada was nearly as good. Only cons were that I burned myself on the ceramic plate even after being warned it was hot and that the food is slightly overpriced, though nothing outrageous. In the mood for some tasty Spanish cuisine? This is the spot- just be careful, it is quite addicting. ~Gabriel C
